What time we can contact reception?

Every day, from 8 am until 10 pm (Indonesia/Bali time).

When is check-in & Check-out time?

Check-in at 14:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 pm.

Do you allow children on your property?

No, only children 12 years old or above are allowed.

Do you provide an Iron, Iron board?

Yes, we do. Iron and Iron board are on request at the reception and at no charge.

Do you provide Hairdryer?

Yes, we do. The hairdryer is on request at the reception and at no charge.

Can we rent a motorbike at the hotel, and what’s the price?

Yes, we can help to arrange it from the rental supplier, and the price is IDR 100.000 (around 7 EUR) for one day rental. The motorbike type is mostly Vario 125 and Scoopy, but if you need a big motorbike like NMAX or PCX, the price will be different starting from IDR 150.000 (around 10 EUR) – IDR 200.000 (around 14 EUR)/day. Please let us know if you need a surfing rack for the motorbike. And the guest will be responsible if something happens with the motorbike.

What is your cancelation policy?

– Cancellation before arrival will be charged 50% of the total payment and the 50% refund will be processed within 7-14 days of working.
– Cancel on the arrival day will be fully charged.

Does your restaurant have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?

You can have this but we need advance notice.

How can I book?

How do I book more than 1 room?

When booking a room, click on the drop-down menu for rooms and you will be given the option to select how many rooms.

How do I get my booking confirmation?

An email confirmation is sent to you after booking.

I did not receive an email confirmation – What should I do?

If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation receipt, give us a call at +62 813-3707-5409 (WhatsApp’s, Telegram, Signal or Messenger) and our reception team will be happy to assist.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but keep in mind that cancellations made less than 24h prior to arrival are subject to 100% charge. However, if your booking is not a non-refundable rate, you have up to 24 hours before the arrival to cancel without fees.

What if I forgot to cancel the booking?

If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the entire stay.

Is there a “change or cancel” fee?

There is NO change or cancel fee on most published rates booked online. However, there may be applicable hotel charges if cancelled past the cancellation deadline. Please refer to your confirmation receipt or the cancellation policy noted on your reservation details.

How do I change my booking?

What do I need to give the property on the check-in?

The Room [Padang-Padang] will require your passport.

What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival at the hotel?

Upon arrival at the hotel you must present your booking voucher on the screen of a mobile device, and the documentation (ID, passport …) of all guests.

Do you allow early check in and late check-out?

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honoured but subject to availability. Allowable free-of-charge early check-in is from 12 PM and late check-out until 2 PM only. This privilege is extended to guests who book directly with us. Applicable charges will be billed for exceeding hours.

On the last day, can I leave the room later?

It is possible to keep the room after 12:00 on your check-out day (Late Check-Out) This service is subject to availability (check with reception on the departure day) and may carry additional supplements.

Can I change my room type upon check-in?

Yes, but such requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges, and rate difference at the time of check-in.

Can I modify my booking?

To modify a booking, you have made on our website, please contact our reception by email at reservation@theroompadangpadang.com or by phone +62 813-3797-5409 (WhatsApp’s, Telegram, Signal or Messenger). If the booking has been made through a travel agency or other web page, you must contact them in order to request any modification you may need.

Can I make a special request for my reservation?

Of course! If you have any preference regarding the location of the room inside the hotel or any other subject relating

to your reservation, you must contact the reception directly by email at reservation@theroompadangpadang.com or by phone +62 813-3797-5409 (WhatsApp’s, Telegram, Signal or Messenger). Whenever possible, our reception team will do everything in their power to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, but we can’t guarantee the requests.

What does it mean non-refundable rate?

By choosing a NON-REFUNDABLE rate you can benefit from up to 10% discount! The total amount of this reservation must be paid in advance. This rate does not allow changes, modifications or refunds.

Are extra beds available?

No, there are not. Due to architectural aspects of the space, it would not be possible for us to guarantee the minimum comfort to guests if we placed an extra bed.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

All rates displayed are nightly and based on double occupancy per room unless otherwise specified. Carefully review the room descriptions and rate rules to ensure the room you select can accommodate your entire party. Any extra adults or children above the room’s listed occupancy is not allowed.

Is there a Hotel shuttle service to/from the airport or from main harbours?

Is there free parking available?

There is a big parking lot just around the corner and is only free for the hotels guests but it must be arranged with our reception prior to our guest’s arrival. Parking in front or inside of the Hotel is strictly forbidden and may be subject to towing by the local police. The hotel is not responsible, under any circumstances, for disrespecting this rule.

Are there Covid-19 requirements?

The Indonesian government has taken numerous measures to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and as the policies may be readjusted according to global health developments, please check the Current Restrictions based on latest Government Curricular.

Do you have a policy on filming & photoshoot?

Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their personal use (with no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their guest room or on the property but must respect the privacy of other guests within the area.

The use of DSLR/SLR cameras, drones, tripods, extensions, external flash units, and reflectors are not allowed. For professional photography, please send a letter of request to reception@theroompadangpadang.com.

Requests to use any area of our property for commercial shoots or filming as well as special occasions including but not limited to: weddings, debuts, anniversaries, should be coordinated to the Marketing Department. Such photo/video shoots are subject to applicable fees and schedule.

Do you have onsite laundry service?

No, we do not. We do not provide that service although there are laundries in the area. Laundry services are chargeable by the article of clothing. Do you have any spa facilities?

No, we don´t but we have a few that we can recommend in the neighbourhood.

Are guests allowed in the hotel room?

Guests are allowed to visit the room. However, overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room is strictly forbidden.

Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

No, unfortunately the building architecture does not allow any changes to welcome senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

Are there minibars or minifridges in the room?

Yes, there are.

Are smoking rooms available?

The Room [Padang-Padang] rooms are strictly non-smoking. There will be a cleaning fee of 500.000 idr levied per incidence of smoking. For our guest’s comfort, there are designated smoking areas, such as balconies, terraces or at the common area near the swimming pool.

What airports are nearby?

Only the Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, 45m driving distance from the hotel.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, debits cards, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), except American Express, or money transfer.

Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?

No, the hotel does not require an incidental deposit.

Can I store my bag?

Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. The Room [Padang-Padang] reserves the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.

What is the restaurant “The Kitchen” schedule?

The restaurant is only used for breakfasts from 7:30 to 11.30 am. After this period people can use it as a work space if they need it until 10pm.

No, pets are not allowed in the property.

Yes, we do under previous request. Our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for people with allergies, intolerances and other special needs. Please, contact the hotel a few days before your arrival to inform us of your needs.
