Yes, but keep in mind that cancellations made less than 24h prior to arrival are subject to 100% charge. However, if your booking is not a non-refundable rate, you have up to 24 hours before the arrival to cancel without fees.

You must contact our reception by email at reservation@theroompadangpadang.com or by phone +62 813-3797-5409 (WhatsApp’s, Telegram, Signal or Messenger). If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them to manage the cancellation of your booking.
